WE BUILD FOR THE Next Generation

At VIDA Kids, our heart is to partner with parents in helping children build a strong, biblical foundation for their lives.

We want every child to know Jesus, understand who they are in Him, and believe they can make a difference in their world today.

That’s why we create environments designed for every stage of development, where kids are known, cared for, have a whole lot of fun, and grow in their faith.

Everything we do is about helping children find life in Jesus.

Check-in

When you arrive, head to the VIDA Kids Check In area.

1. Check In

Use one of our check in tablets to check in your child and confirm their information.

2. Get Your Tags

Your child will receive a name tag, and you will receive a matching security tag for pickup.

3. Drop Off

Take your child to their classroom, where our VIDA Kids team will be ready to welcome them.

4. Pick Up

After service, return to your child’s classroom with your matching security tag.

YOUR CHILD’S Safety Matters

We take the responsibility of caring for your child seriously.

Every member of our VIDA Kids team is screened, trained, and required to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check before serving with children. Our team follows our Plan to Protect policies and established safety procedures throughout every VIDA Kids environment.

We want you to be able to enjoy the service knowing your child is being cared for well.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS YOUR SNACK POLICY?

We provide snacks in our Dreamers and Explorers classrooms. Any allergies or dietary information provided during check-in will appear on your child’s name tag so our team can care for them appropriately.

DO YOU CHANGE DIAPERS?

Our team does not change diapers.

If your child needs a diaper change during the service, we’ll text you through our check-in system so you can come and care for them.

WHAT IF MY CHILD NEEDS TO USE THE WASHROOM?

Because our washrooms are shared facilities, we encourage parents, especially those with younger children, to take their child to the washroom before check-in.

If your child needs to use the washroom during the service, our VIDA Kids team follows established safety procedures to make sure they are safe.

WHAT IS YOUR SICK POLICY?

To help us care well for every family, please keep your child home when they are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, significant respiratory symptoms, or an unexplained rash.

Children should be symptom-free before returning to VIDA Kids.

Thank you for helping us keep our kids, families, and volunteers healthy.

CAN PARENTS ENTER THE CLASSROOMS?

For the safety of every child, only screened and trained VIDA Kids team members are permitted inside classrooms during programming. VIDA Church does not allow parents to stay in the classrooms.

If your child needs you at any point, our team will text you through our check-in system right away.
